Shipping policy

Made to order, by hand. Every epoxy resin lamp is hand-poured and finished in our own workshop after you order. This is why a short production window applies before your piece ships.

Delivery Estimates

We provide delivery estimates in good faith; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as government restrictions, supplier issues, natural disasters (fires, strikes), border inspection, global pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Policy

  1. Damages or Defects:
    Items damaged or found to be defective will be replaced free of charge, including shipping costs.
  2. Change of Mind or Color Preference:
    If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind or color preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
  3. Parcel Inspection:
    Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. If the box is open, torn, or damaged, do not accept it from the courier. Instead, take a picture of the damaged parcel and send it to us at supportresinartcrafts@gmail.com for further assistance.

Delivery Timeline

  • Shipping Origin: All lamps are shipped from our production partner's warehouse. Delivery times may vary based on location, customs clearance, and the selected shipping service.
  • Tracking Information:
    • For USPS or Royal Mail: Order status will display as "Pre-transit" until it clears customs in your country. Once cleared, the status will be updated to "In transit."

    • For YunExpress: Tracking will immediately show as "In transit" from the original country.

  • Processing Time:

    Processing time - Standard designs: 7-10 business days to make. - Personalized / custom orders (engraved names, dates, custom scenes): 10-14 business days to make.
    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 7-20 business days for delivery depending on each location.
    • Express Shipping: Available for delivery within 4-7 business days, subject to an additional fee.

Total time = processing + shipping. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, YunExpress for deliveries.

Important Notes

  • Battery Exclusion:

    Batteries (CR2025/CR2032) are not included due to airline shipping regulations. Lamps operate using a continuous 5VDC power source.

Customs & duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, though we’ll do our best to help.

🎁 Holiday delivery. To receive an order by a specific date (e.g., Christmas), please order before the cutoff shown on our site.
